The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our Services or content.
The availability or uninterrupted operation of our Services.
The fitness of our Services for any particular purpose.
You use our Services at your own risk. As a student-run project, we cannot guarantee the same level of service, security, or reliability as commercial platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organic Forward, its individual student members, advisors, and affiliated university shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services;

14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using our Services at any time by closing your account.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Personal data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with the retention and deletion policies outlined in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Dispute Resolution
As a student project, we encourage collaborative resolution of any issues through direct communication. If you have any concerns or disputes related to our Services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of Sweden, and any proceedings will be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
