Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Organic Forward, a B2B organic supplier directory.

1. About Organic Forward

Organic Forward (organicforward.org) is a B2B directory connecting EU procurement buyers with certified organic producers and suppliers.

Organic Forward does not own, operate, or manage any organization listed on this website. All listing information, including certifications, product categories, and contact details, is sourced from publicly available data or provided directly by the organizations themselves. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.

Organic Forward is operated from Anckargripsgatan 3, 211 19 Malmö, Sweden. You can reach us at team@organicforward.org, and on legal matters at legal@organicforward.org.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Organic Forward, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.

3. Directory disclaimer

Organic Forward is a directory service only. We are not a party to any transaction, supply agreement, or contractual arrangement between you and any organization listed on this site.

We do not inspect, verify, endorse, or recommend any supplier or producer. Inclusion in this directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any kind. Users should independently verify all details -- including certifications, product availability, and supply terms -- directly with the organization before making any decisions.

Information displayed on Organic Forward is subject to change without notice. Listed organizations are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own information.

4. Use of the service

You may use Organic Forward to find organic suppliers and producers. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from this site without written permission
  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish directory listings for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the website's functionality or security
  • Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when claiming or interacting with a listing

5. Intellectual property

The Organic Forward name, logo, site design and original content belong to Organic Forward. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent — ask at legal@organicforward.org.

Organization names, logos, and descriptions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

Organic Forward provides this directory on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the directory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or any liability you may have as a consumer.

7. Third-party links

Organic Forward may contain links to third-party websites, including supplier websites, mapping services, and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

8. Data sources and third-party attribution

Listing data on Organic Forward is sourced from publicly available information and information provided by the organizations themselves. Organization names, addresses, certifications, and product categories may not reflect the most current information.

Third-party trademarks and service marks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

9. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy of all information displayed on Organic Forward before taking or omitting any action. This includes verifying certifications, product availability, and supply terms directly with the supplier or producer.

Organic Forward shall not be held liable for any decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on directory information.

10. Reporting illegal content and infringement

If you believe something on Organic Forward is illegal or infringes your rights — including copyright — tell us and we will act on it. Please include:

  • What the content is and exactly where to find it (a URL)
  • Why you believe it is illegal or infringing
  • Your name and contact details, unless the notice concerns material relating to child sexual abuse
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete

Send notices to legal@organicforward.org. We will confirm receipt without undue delay, decide on the notice diligently and without arbitrary discretion, and tell you and the affected member what we decided and why. If we remove or restrict content we give the member a statement of reasons and they may reply to us at the same address. This procedure follows Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act and is the route for reporting any allegedly illegal content, not only copyright.

11. Suppliers and producers

If you are a supplier or producer, you may claim, update, or request removal of your listing through our Claim Your Listing page or by contacting us directly.

Listed organizations are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to Organic Forward is accurate, current, and not misleading. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove submitted content at our sole discretion.

11.1 Deleting a brand page or product. Deleting a brand page also removes the products listed under it. Deleted content is retained for 30 days, during which it is hidden from the public directory and from search but can be restored by the account that owns it. After 30 days it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need your data erased sooner, contact us and we will act on the request without waiting for the 30 days to pass.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Organic Forward regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Organic Forward after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Malmö tingsratt as the court of first instance. If you use Organic Forward as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
