Connect your CRM
Your leads shouldn't live in two places. Connect your CRM — GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Pipedrive — and every buyer who contacts you on Organic Forward shows up in your own pipeline, seconds after it happens.
What you get
- A buyer sends you an inquiry → they appear in your CRM, in the pipeline
and stage you choose:
- GoHighLevel: a contact + an opportunity
- HubSpot: a contact + a deal
- Pipedrive: a person + a deal
- You write call notes after a call → they attach to that contact as a note.
- A call gets confirmed in the messenger → it lands on the contact at the agreed time (a task in GoHighLevel, a meeting in HubSpot, a meeting activity in Pipedrive).
- Optional: when a buyer opens a document you shared, a note records it. This one is off by default — it gets noisy.
If the buyer already exists in your CRM (matched by email), we attach to that record — we never overwrite what's already in it.
Connect it
- Go to Account → Integrations.
- On your CRM's card, press Connect.
- Your CRM asks you to sign in and approve:
- GoHighLevel asks which of your locations to connect — pick it.
- HubSpot asks which account, then shows the permissions.
- Pipedrive shows the permissions for your company — press Allow.
- You land back on the Integrations page with a green confirmation. You'll also get a notification — that's normal, it fires on every connection change so nothing happens to your account silently.
Point it at your pipeline
- On the connected card, press Configure.
- Pick the pipeline and stage where new inquiries should land. (Leave it on "Contacts only" if you just want contacts, no deals.)
- Tick or untick what syncs: inquiries, call notes, confirmed calls, document opens.
- Save.
Send a contact from the messenger
Sometimes a conversation is worth a CRM entry before any of the automatic events fire — or you just want to be sure a buyer is in your pipeline.
- Open the conversation and press the profile icon (top right) to show the contact panel.
- Under the contact's name you'll see your connected CRM's icon next to the call and calendar buttons. Press it.
- Confirm Send. The contact is created in your CRM immediately — or updated if they already exist there (matched by email), so pressing it twice never creates duplicates.
The button appears only for buyer contacts, only when a CRM is connected, and sends exactly what you can already see: their name, company, email and (if they added one) phone number. Never their browsing.
Good to know
- Buyer privacy still applies. A buyer's details sync only after they chose to contact you — browsing never leaves the platform. Once their details are in your CRM, that data is yours to protect; treat it the way you'd treat any customer data you collect yourself.
- Your sign-in is safe. We never see your CRM password. Every connection uses the CRM's official app system, and the access keys are stored encrypted.
- If the card shows an error, the connection lost access — the app was removed inside your CRM, or (Pipedrive) the connection sat unused for a couple of months. Press Reconnect — your pipeline settings are kept.
- Disconnect any time from the Configure window. For HubSpot and Pipedrive, disconnecting also revokes our access on their side automatically. For GoHighLevel, revoke fully by also removing the Organic Forward app inside GHL (Settings → Integrations in your GHL account).
- In Pipedrive's own apps list the Organic Forward app has a Settings link — it brings you straight back to this Integrations page, where everything is managed.
Using something else?
For any other tool (n8n, Zapier, Make, your own system) — use API & Webhooks on the same page: register an endpoint and every lead event streams to it in real time.
